Great news everyone!
The Metal Warrior products have arrived to Whalebacker, the fulfillment company that will be carefully picking and packing all your rewards and getting them to your doorstep! Shipping will begin soon!
Unfortunately there are several backers who will not be getting their rewards with this first wave of shipments, because they never filled out the Backerkit survey, which finalizes your product list, asks questions like "what t-shirt size would you like?", "what color vinyl would you like?", and most importantly "where are we shipping this package?", which upon answering then calculates your shipping cost. Without filling this out and paying for your shipping, there is no way to get you your rewards. If you haven't done yours, please check the email you have connected to your Kickstarter account and look for emails from Backerkit. We have resent the email a few times over the last couple months to make it easier to find.
Lastly, if you got the tier that includes the 1-of-1 art print of you as a Malaçite:
Many of you did not send your photo in! We can't ship your rewards until you do that, so the art can be created. Please hurry! If you have filled out your Backerkit survey, send the photo for that reward to [email protected]

Vinyl colors update

Hello everyone!
If you got physical rewards, that likely means you're getting the Premium Oversized Edition of the Graphic Novel with the vinyl record, and that on your Backerkit Survey you get to choose between 3 different colors: Black, Blood Red, and "Smashed Malaçite". Smashed Malaçite is a black base with red and green splatters. BUT we're finding that the production on that colorway is not going as planned and the black base isn't working as well as we'd hoped. For that reason we are giving a free upgrade to this color combo to give it a SILVER base, still with the red and green splattered malaçite remains. Now it's going to look cooler than ever before!
IMPORTANT: If you have not filled out your Backerkit survey, you are holding up production for everyone, as we are waiting to get final counts on certain items like the limited edition vinyl colors and t-shirt sizes. Please go fill out the survey as soon as you can so your items can be finalized and your shipping can be determined.
If you can't find your Backerkit email, message us and we'll have another one sent to you. Thank you all! Can't wait to get these awesome items in your hands!

BK glitch fixed!

Hi all!
We heard that some of you were seeing something strange when doing your Backerkit survey and paying for your shipping: that for some reason it looked like all of the add-ons were being added to your pledge level automatically.
We looked into your concerns, and figured it all out! To make sure everyone knows: no one was being charged for any items they didn't add on, they weren't actually added unless you selected them and chose to, and no one was being charged for their pledge twice, everything was showing that people were properly credited for paying for their pledge. The one weird thing that was indeed happening was under the pledge, during the option add-on page of the checkout, the add-ons (including all variations, such as every different size of a t-shirt) were being listed underneath the pledge. Weird, right? Well, we solved the glitch! It's no longer there! The good news is, if you already finished your backerkit survey before the glitch was fixed, it's all good! There is zero harm there, no one was overcharged, and you'll get all the cool stuff you were supposed to. But for those holding back on filling out their backerkit survey and paying for their shipping because they spotted this glitch, no need to wait any longer, it has been fixed!

Hey metalheads!
Surveys have been sent out to all backers receiving physical rewards, via Backerkit!
Please check your email and fill out the survey as soon as you can. This includes finalizing your shipping address, paying for your shipping, choosing what color vinyl you want, choosing your t-shirt size, etc. Please note, not only can we not ship your rewards to you until after your survey, but we also need to get all the surveys in to know what quantities to make of what color vinyl and what sizes to make of the t-shirts. So not turning in your survey not only holds up your rewards, but everyone else's too! This is also a great time to add on any extra merch you might want for you or your friends.
Thank you all so very much, we appreciate you! We're going to do our best to get you your pledge rewards as fast as possible, with the goal of fulfilling this campaign early! We already have 80% of the manufacturing of the goods in progress right now! And then once all the surveys are turned in, we can make the book/record combos and the shirts and then get everything in your hands!
